Position: Internship – Talent Attraction Internship IKEA Chile, Colombia & Peru.
Based On: IKEA Service Office, Santiago Chile.

Purpose of the Functions:
• To support the area of Talent Attraction in the process of recruitment and selection.
• Be responsible for publishing in various portals, filtering curriculum, making telephone interviews, notifying unsuccessful
candidates, sending long lists to Hiring Managers and coordinating interviews with the different Hiring Managers.
• Have fluid contact with the different stakeholders, follow up on the processes and keep both internal clients and candidates informed of the process.
• Recruitment based on the recruitment Gantt, with an orientation to meet the deadlines previously defined.
• To contribute with improvements towards the recruitment processes, so that they are more efficient and of higher quality and to support in different projects and/or tasks of the area.
Core Competences, Experience and Skills:
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-managed, goal oriented and passionate for people development.
• Studies: Psychology, Sosology, Commercial Engineering or a career in the field.
• Availability of practice for a period of 6 months.
